ECA: What inspired you to be a goalie?
AH: I was inspired to be a goalie because of Martin Brodeur and the whole focus of being the most important player on the ice. And, I liked playing in net when given the chance and thought it was a good idea to be a goalie.EYECANDYAIR airbrushed painted sportmask goalie mask

AH: I was 6 years old when I started playing goal.

ECA: What is the highest level you have played?
AH: I play at the AAA level of hockey.

ECA: Did you ever have a goalie coach?
AH: Yes, my goalie coaches are Dave Dolecki and Bujar Amidovski of The Crease.

ECA: What style of goaltending do you play?
AH: I play a butterfly style of goaltending.

ECA: How many times a week do you play?

AH: My weakness right now is handling the puck.

ECA: Who is your favourite NHL goalie?
AH: I have two favourite NHL goalies. One is Cam Ward and the other is Pekka Rinne because they can carry a team if they need to. I also like Braydon Holtby and Jonathan Quick - two young goalies that carried their teams this past season.

ECA: What type of gear are you wearing?
AH: I wear Arcadi gloves and pads with a Bauer chest protector, RYR goalie pants and Bauer skates.

ECA: What kind of mask are you currently wearing?
AH: I currently wear a T3 Sportmask.

ECA: What was the inspiration behind your goalie mask design?
AH: It is my heritage. It is the Polish White Eagle from the Polish coat-of-arms which has been around for over seven centuries. I was inspired to choose it as my mask design because it symbolizes power and victory.

ECA: Do you have any game superstitions?
AH: I have to do the exact same thing every gameday. I follow the same routine when I get up in the morning, eat the same meals, do the same pre-warm-up and put my equipment on in the same order before each game..EYECANDYAIR custom painted goalie mask art

ECA: Any advice to other goalies out there?
AH: Have fun and don't let anyone put you down. You play much better when you are enjoying yourself - not criticizing yourself and letting other people put you down.

ECA: Anything else you'd like to add?
AH: Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something. Always try your hardest to achieve your dreams.
